Fixed spicy shrimp and pasta for the family. But I made a good salad with my shrimp. Greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, feta cheese, olive oil ans of course, avocado. Hit the spot!

Looks good !! Also I love how you didn’t let what others were eating dictate what you chose to eat. Also I noticed your starting weight and end goal are very similar to mine (except I haven’t made any progress yet). So let me know if you have any pointers!

@old_photos Everyone has to find their own best plan for weight loss. I can't do Keto, just can't go that low on carbs, at least not all at once. But I am doing low carb, trying to eat healthier all the way around (more fruits and veggies). I am having to think about food more than I want to, but my weight is starting to drop faster. I'm trying to keep my carbs less than, or as close to, 100. It's challenging because fruits and veggies have natural carbs, but they are healthy. So, I'm trying to reduce my grain consumption and try to only eat them in the morning or by lunch, while I'm up and moving and will burn them faster. Drink more water and don't worry about killing yourself with exercise. Yes, get moving doing something, but you don't have to work out for an hour every day. When you need encouragement, you'll find it here!
