Got myself back on the elliptical machine. You know, I feel very foolish. Foolish in that I carried this extra weight around for so many years, when it could have been so easy to lose it all along. Just stop eating junk food at night. So silly and simple, yet so effective...

Did some push ups today, felt some pain in the AC joint, wow it's been a long time since I did push ups.

Did good today food-wise. Had to plan ahead for the pizza dinner that I knew was coming for our egg painting party tonight. Got off work too late to have time to stop and get a healthier alternative. Still, b/c I planned ahead, it wasn't catastrophic, I survived! :)
