Didn’t hit my calorie goal today, definitely burnt way more calories than I consumed. Daily total just short of 1100cal. I’m going to have to be more intentional about consuming an adequate amount to avoid severe cravings the next day... does anyone else feel like the day after you lowball your consumption you get all kinds of crazy cravings....?!
