Diario de geo99, 02 abr. 10

A tough day on the scales, but they aren't the only thing to watch. I generally feel better, can walk up and down stairs without running out of breath and my clothes fit looser. I am following my plan 100% so the weight will come off. I have been doing a lot of squats and weights so maybe have built up some muscle. It's funny, last week I lost a bunch of weight and felt emotionally rotten and in the last few days have not lost any weight and feel great. Aren't our brains wonderful!!
