DO N OK I have been dieting for two months prior to starting this. Basically counting calories but progress was real slow. I don't think I was eating much carbs those 2 months except for my breakfast was eating Special k protein. So I am thinking 20 is good for me although I do feel a little dizzy. Never hungry. I am now drinking power aid zero for electrolytes. I have been doing it for five days and five pounds down. I know it will slow down but very happy for each pound. As far as far I never knew I didn't have to eat all of it thanks for the advice.
