Diario de YBusch, 03 mar. 18

2nd day on keto. Thinking this is going to be hard. Not that I am hungry but because breakfast is hard. It's only day 2 and if I look at another egg I think I will be sick. I can't even figure out how to eat enough calories yesterday i only ate 800. Any suggestions?

Bacon and butter coffee seem to be what people do. I wish I had lost 8 pounds in the past two months!

Keto includes avocado,nuts, coconut oil, olive oil, grass fed butter, etc.

Before I started my fasting, I ate regular food for breakfast too. Leftovers make great breakfast.

In your profile If you weigh 160lbs currently then 800 calories is waaaay to low for you. Or for anyone really. Butter in coffee is a waste of calories besides not being very nutritious just like having coconut oil in coffee it’s just fat. Instead have actual food that will give you energy and keep you full. eat more calories or you’ll basically be “crash dieting” and probably feel like crashing because you’ll feel drained. You should be having somewhere around 1700-2100 calories to be in a deficit daily at least.

Fat Coffee - 1 TBS Butter (I use Kerry Gold), 1 TBS Coconut (MCT) oil, and 1 TBS Heavy cream (Kroger's got the best). Has over 300 calories. And you won't get hungry. I don't like eggs either, but have many ways to disguise them (egg "bread", KETO cup"cake", pancakes.

Suggest if your having a cal.shortage something quick and easy would be take 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts good for 180cals. also a small drink called Boost has about 250cals. and is chalked full of vitamins, so small things like that so you get more cals.with less effort!

l agree with Dead Pool you really need to get your cals.up before you create some real problems for yourself!

I am confused. This app says I should eat 1400 calories a day in order to lose. Maybe it's lower because if my age. I will look up diet doctor like suggested.

Because the calories on nutrition labels are usually wrong since they’re rounded. I’ll give you an example from products I’ve used. Victoria Pasta in Merinara sauce claims its 205 calories, and Victoria Pasta in Vodka Sauce claims its 185 calories (per serving sizes for both) well that would mean the Marinara is 20 calories more per serving. But the reality’s is, after adding up the total fat, carbs, & protein per serving. The calories per serving in both is just 1 calorie difference! 198 & 197. I’ve even had foods where the calories said something as high as 240 and it was 100 less. So, that is usually where the problem underlies.

For food ideas you might want to follow EmilyDiaz83 she posts wonderful keto meals. Or keep an eye on the feature feed and ask to follow someone who is posting meals you like the look of! 🤷🏻‍♀️
