Diario de Tallglassofwater, 01 abr. 10

I walked 5 miles today :) Had to do it by myself because my walking partner has kids and isn't always available, but that's ok :) It's such a nice path. My quest of keeping up with 35 grams of fiber has been going well. H2O intake could be better :) I suspect with the warmer weather it won't be a problem. I'm feeling...genuinely...happy :)
