Congrats! You're movin right along. And dont worry about going over, at least as far as the challenge is concerned, actually I think it is important to go over sometimes, 'cheat' a bit. They key is that you tracked your 'cheat'. By tracking you only went over by 200 calories instead of saying "well, I'm already over so might as well" (over and over), I find myself saying that and end up eating easily 2,000 over.
I think it is good to make an attempt to stay under your RDI, but I think it is more important to track as you go than to actually stay under RDI.
So anyways, congrats, you're actually almost halfway to the 5% goal! That's awesome!
