Diario de RTown, 01 abr. 10

Have had a busy last few days. Haven't been able to work out in a few days. :(
For my goals: I have lost 19.4 lbs...sooo almost hitting my 20lbs mark. I did do the 30 Day Shred 3 times last week :).
This week my goals are to do the 30 Day Shred 3 more times, display self control during Easter supper (YIKES!), and finally get past that 20lbs mark! :)
