Diario de Sumie, 04 jun. 12

I just woke up from a nap; after I got home from the gym I think I was awake for like 5-10 minutes before I passed out! LOL! I didn't workout out as long as I wanted to but I'm still happy with what I did. Tomorrow I really want to try to push myself just a little more.

I ate quite a bit for lunch, which by the way I'm a bit disappointed in myself.. I'm disappointed because although I was full, I still had to finish the little food on my plate. I'm really trying to stop eating when I'm full, but it's hard breaking out of old habits; hope to do better over the next few days. Anyways, I'm thinking of having just fruits for dinner and maybe a bowl of cereal.. sounds like breakfast, but I'm sort of eying those oranges and strawberries I have in my fridge.

I think after dinner I would be fully awake again, and I can get started with my second half of my workout. Tonight it's Turbo Jam and some interval training (my first time doing this).
