i do not know if that gonna help you .... but what i do is i look through my old clothes that i used to wear before i gain weight
and encourage me to keep going !!
what you feel is normal and means that you are in the track ... search the site on members that lost some weight and the web for some successful weight lose !
make a deal with your self that if stay away from what you are "long" to eat now ... that you would buy something sweet !!
