Still not losing, ugh, did crossfit 3 times this week, ate clean paleo, nothing. Not eating too much, keeping calories below 2000. Last night had 2 glasses of wine and ate some chips, didn't make me feel any better. Gotta step it up this week. Eat very clean, add some stretching and light cardio in the am. Gotta break thru this plateau. I'd like to do a fast, but too busy and got too much work to do, I would get too hungry. Very frustrated.

You may need to cut your calories. Maybe try a week of 1700 and see what happens. Unless you wear a heart monitor all day, you can't accurately predict what you are burning so you may be taking in too many.
