Didn't eat breakfast yesterday, rode the motorcycle 7:15am, 26 miles when 27F outside to get CBC etc. blood work, fasting for cholesterol numbers. Haven't had cholesterol & blood work done for several years.
I did see two other motorcyclists riding.
A few weeks ago it was in the high 70's.
69,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0 kg.    Aún para ir: 1,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
