Today marks 2 weeks that i have not had any starchy foods such as bread, potato, pasta or pizza. It is truly difficult, but I am hoping that it starts making a difference to my weight. I’m so sick and tired of looking in the mirror, and not liking what i see! If anyone has any advice, i am like a sponge right now. Xx
