Doing good on diet, on track. Crossfit was 10 to 1 thrusters 55# and box jumps 12". I think I can move up to the 18" box soon, need to practice at home. Still really need to work on hip flexibility, can't jump my feet forward for a burpee or any similar exercise. Can't remember my time though, maybe 13 minutes give or take.
