Diario de MrsTofu, 30 may. 12

Starting to slip into bad patterns. I've been royally messing up the last few days. My daughter had a nice party on Sunday and I didn't bother trying to stay low carb for that. I was planning on just enjoying myself and then getting back on track the next day. That hasn't happened. I notice that if I lack self control in the morning, it really throws my whole day off. I haven't been getting as much exercise as I had the last few weeks and am generally feeling really demotivated.

For the amount of effort I've been putting in- which isn't much- I have reached a plateau where my weight hovers between a few pounds. I know that if I put more effort forward and exercise better self control, then I will see more gains/ progress towards my goal, but I am not sure how to muster that drive. My husband is right, my general lack of initiative has an impact on so much of my life. I know I don't want to change enough to get moving and am generally feeling stuck. :-/
