This is going to be a great week. Started off realizing my tight pants are loose and going up and down the stairs no longer leaves me huffing and puffing. Am going to increase the working out (as much as I am able) by doing several "5 minute workouts" throughout the day. I've got to keep the positive results forefront so I don't get discouraged (even with good success) because I tend to need "instant" results. I am thinking of taking a shelve and adding flour, sugar, etc that matches my weight lost so I can visually see (and lift) what I have lost. That way I can see my success every time I get discouraged.

What a fantastic idea! Visuals really help me as well....Just imagine that would be eight 5lb bags of sugar on that shelf already Geo...That is a whole lot of cupcakes!
