If anyone is reading these, please note the type of fat in my daily total fat content. Alot of my fat intake is from nuts, legumes, & coconuts. I really try to keep my total daily fat intake below 50 grams a day. Today for instance, I'm only into lunch & already I've eaten 44 grams of fat. But it's from Avocado, coconut, raw soaked almonds, etc. I'm ok with that. I just ate a whole young Thai coconut for lunch. I am SO FULL! Very satisfying & yummy. Read up on the benefits of young coconuts & the type of fat they contain. Much better for you than a mature hard coconut.
