This is just my own mixed veggie salad. Half an avocado, cucumber, tomato, spanish queen olives, kalamata olives drizzled with a teaspoon or so of EVOO, topped with a sprinkle of basil and sea salt, feta cheese and 1/2 cup of 2% cottage cheese.

Looks delicious! I do wish I liked avocado. Maybe if I cut it into really small pieces.

It might be a texture thing Suzi... I need to add some lemon juice ..green onion cut up...garlic powder.. pink Himalayan salt.. pepperoncini juice from jar... cut up pepperoncinis too...a little bit of tomato cut up ..mayo and stir it up I put it on celery sticks or dip my pork rinds in it
as for just eating it cut up plain.. Nope...I don't like..one bit lol also a texture thing for me;)
