i started a cardio bike to day not peddling it is a push with legs and pull with arms did 9 sets of 10 six palms down and 3 palms up and i will be going for a 30 min walk with puppy tonight tomorrow will be 30 min in am and 30 min at night before bed and i have been doing a protein shake a day. i need to get more focused on what im putting in my mouth. and stop letting my emotions rule me.
