has anyone else plateaud on 1000 calories a day after quitting smoking? feeling demotivated :( haven't lost anything in ages. I have had a lung infection so I couldn't exercise, but I didn't think it it would stop loss altogether.

I quit smoking as well and lost 2kg's in a month. But you normally gain when you quit. Keep calories down or start fasting.
