Well I went for an evening run tonight. It was a spontaneous decision that I am glad I made and I didn't want to stop. I made it 30 minutes at a fairly good pace. The hills were quite a challenge and at one point I was doing a contstant climb to the top, but I made it! It's also nice and cool and crisp outside after these past few rainy days, so lots of oxygen! I feel great!
