OMG I ate so much chocolate yesterday!! so after that binge I decided I didn't need any dinner :) I'm glad I didn't as my intake was way over and wouldn't have helped. I find myself feeling the urge to eat or snack and don't as I know I don't want to waste my limit on something so small and am finding new ideas for healthy options and even fresh cravings that are getting stronger , my son is even eating better and that is making me happier to see him being healthy and liking it and that's awesome for a toddler ! :)
