Yesterday I did an hour of body pump, started couch to 5k and did some kettlebell training. I guess since this is my fitness log I should write that I officially registered for the 5k warrior dash. It will be crazy but I am excited, and a little scared. My trainer is psyched and can not wait to start coaching me for it.
