Crapsticks. I just looked back and the last time I was 10st was Dec 2016. What a crappy year for motivation/effort/results 2017 turned out to be! But that post is sad, I talk about feeling disappointed with myself but that "the time is now". What a waste of a whole year I'll never get back, just getting bigger and bigger and hating myself for it.
