Had a good run yesterday and ate better than the previous two days. I still gained but I have accepted the fact that I fluctuate between low as 150 lbs to high as 153 lbs. I am going to start light weight training soon and will do so when I get doing cardio up to every second day. My goal : I am going to run tomorrow, then Thursday night is Zumba, then Saturday and again Monday I will jog. Wednesday May 30th, I am going to start the weights & strength exercises. I need to ramp up this weight loss and get those last 15 lbs off!
