The weekends have always been the hardest for me too! We stay on track by having one "cheat meal" a weekend. Ahead of time, we know that and plan when it will be. Then the rest of the weekend, we make sure to take the time to cook something healthy that we like that we don't have time to cook during the week. Also, we always cook double what we need to feed our family so that we have something to eat all week long. That way we only end up having to actually take the time to cook about 3 times a week.
