Its friday and I am super excited about the weekend! Hoping the weather is nice enough I can get in the pool with the family and work off some of this jiggle. I am definitely retaining water today as my hands are a little swollen I think that is due to the pickles I had with dinner. I am gonna push the water today to flush out so instead of 8 glasses I think I will go for ten or more. Pickles are one of my favorite things so I will keep them around but in moderation and make sure I eat them on days my salt intake isnt already high. Doing a little shopping this evening and we have started an after dinner brisk walk and I fell right to sleep last night!
