Completed an 18 hour fast today. It was not so tough. The only thing I missed was my coffee. My back feels better today. I tried "yoga for bad backs" for about 15 minutes. I have to take it slow because I'm still a big (heavy) man. I think I might try a longer (24 hour) fast next week. I also need to up my salt intake.
