Feeling more positive and knowing today.
Wish it were not so much snow out here but I may have a go at a walk anyway.
A lovely day to all.
Did wind up going for a nice walk on one lovely street around the neighborhood..it is stunningly beautiful in the snow w the trees and all.
Fighting off cravings..worse at the eve time near dusk.

Holding myself accountable..any suggestions to fight the hunger, thanks.
