Eep! I haven't been tracking foods lately, I have been so busy setting up the apartment for Matt. I hope my trip to Utah doesn't completely de-rail me. The thing I have to remember is, when I started tracking my foods, I was eating around 1800 calories per day. So now I am eating a lot less. I have measured my waist and it went down an inch in the past month! I do need to weigh myself, very curious.
