Hello everyone! It's been such a long time since I last entered the site! But here I am again! New year, new goals!
Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!!
Regarding my diet - I won't even weight myself until the end of January - I am starting the gym today and am ready to start Phase 1 all over again. Wish me good luck!!!
