I am starting the Ultrametabolism Diet from Monday 16th June and would like a diet buddy to start with. Is anyone interested in loosing weight together?

Where do I begin? Can anyone help?

I started this past Monday so I'll be a week behind but will to join the support group. I am on day 4 of the diet and have already lost 6 pounds.MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE PRE-WEEK PREP!!! I did it only the 2 days before and really suffered on Day 1.

hi guys I am one week behind now... didn't realise the 16th was this monday... thought it was next monday (nut nut or what!) How are you all getting on? Hope the pounds are sliding off with ease!
