On day 12 of Jillian's workout. Moved up to level 2. I'm definitely using muscles that haven't been worked in a long time. Am noticing a few inches off measurements since day 1...so that's motivating. I have finally made it into the 160s. Ok - only 169...but yeah! Now to stay in the 160s!

Well done on your measurement improvements! That's fantastic! I got Jillians workout today myself so will be giving it a go tomorrow! :-S Wish me luck lol!

BnHzMum - Good luck. The first two days were hard...but it got better, and by day 8 I was ready to move up a level. The first 2 days on level 2 were hard ...different muscles....but it's getting better. It's only 25 minutes, but I'm sweating by the end of it! rockytu - Looks like you are almost there...it's a milestone! It's been a very long time since I've been in the 160s! Good luck.
