Completed week one on Adkins. Followed 100% but never could get those Ketosticks to turn anything but lavender. Lost 6 pounds this week... don't you just love water weight loss..... Hoping the fat loss will follow.

From what I have read, any presence of ketones in your urine means you are in ketosis. So congratulations you are doing it right! Keep up the good work.

As long as there are trace ketones you are doing well. When it is dark purple it actually means you aren't drinking enough water. Keep up the good work.
