Today I will start holding myself accountable for my weight loss. I have tried during the past three weeks to lose weight for my trip to Japan. I lost one kilo, but it was a JoJo effect as I failed in certain areas. Joining this site and keeping a food and exercise journal will keep me on the right track. I know i will fell better with less weight. So do It for yourself!!!!
