Had a little birthday dinner out last night. But I was good. We just went to Chilli's, as we had the little one with us. I am having a hard time believing that the Chili's Light Sirloin choice was only 260 calories. It was good. I can recommend it. I had that along with a house salad and no fat honey mustard dressing. Did not like the dressing much. Think I will take my own next time! I "stole" three french fries....and that was cool - they were yummy!

Back on track today. Think I might finally break into the 160s this week. I been at the low 170s for a while, so will be very happy if I can nudge the scale down a little.
