I started last year so well. Around December 1 it all went down hill with the rush and bad eating of the season. Last week I realized how bad I was feeling and how much weight I had put back on after all my hard work. No more. Today is my last rest day and I will be back at the workouts tomorrow. Now I have to lose all my gained back weight plus what I wanted to lose before. I can do this.
