Diario de seattlegirl123, 11 ene. 08

Alright it is now friday and I have made it through the week and made it to the gym everyday. My muscles are soooooo sore. My legs feel like jello after squats and lunges. Though I feel energized and proud of myself. Now the true test...... the weekend. I always do great during the week when I have a schedule and then the weekend comes and my will power is not as strong. Though I have decided to go to the gym again on sat. and hopefully this will keep me motivated throughout the weekend. The biggest thing is that this first week I have been able to lose a pound each day which has made me quite motivated to continue. I also can not wait to button my size 10 pants without having to play tug-o-war with the zipper. Hopefully, next week my zipper will be easier to zip up. Till next week. :)

Try to get some exercise in on weekends if you can. Even if it means just doing some brisk walking. For me, I have to really focus on working out & eating right on the weekends because those are the days I have the most temptations to eat bad foods and be lazy.
