I have not been dieting since I joined this site and was actually happy to see that I did not gain any weight during that time despite eating ice cream almost every day. I know I was watching portions, so that must be it.
I have begun the SBD which I have followed before and done very well with.
I will weight in once a week as more frequently than that goes up and down too much for me to feel successful
