More energy this morning and back on track, although STILL not following the food plans for the day each day. Gotta get back to being conscientious somehow. I am afraid to weigh-in, but I guess I will do it anyhow, it is long overdue. New plan, record foods as eaten instead of first thing in the day. AT LEAST until I get my eating under control. This will perhaps make me more accountable since I have to look at it in print as I am adding it to my body. As for other health, my gums are still irritated, and my stomach still a bit off, but otherwise in good shape. No headaches!!!
