Started following P90X regime. Missed one workout, but following the diet to a 'T'. Lots of protein and veggies, not so many carbs...
Apparently it's working well so far! 3lbs in 3 days! I'm sure it will level off at some point, and this is just the excess weight I'm shedding... :)
