Had a nice weekend out of town, didn't record food for the weekend since I had no idea what to expect or how to plan, but I am back to a routine and will be planning ahead a bit more this week. A bit physically drained from the heavy drinking, lots of walking, and lack of sleep over the weekend, but otherwise in pretty good shape. Didn't weigh in this morning, (still nervous about it!) but plan on doing so sometime this week. Tomorrow I should be back to my routine in full swing including exercising and then things should be easier. Again, no headaches really for most of the weekend, felt a bit off on Saturday, so I took some Aleve so it did not turn into a headache and was fine the rest of the time. Sour stomach from fatigue, too much drinking and lack of food for a while yesterday, but much better off now. That is all I have to report.
