So, the last few days have been fine as far as headaches go. Started the day with stuffiness and slight headache again this morning, but that went away within an hour of being awake. And getting up and exercising has been going well (although hopefully soon I will have more time for exercising a bit longer), but I went WAY off the rails with the diet yesterday. It started in the afternoon with a Ghirardelli chocolate piece one of my coworkers gave me and then a Fazoli's lemon ice and then I just had a completely different dinner including strawberry shortcake! Oops!!! Today I plan on trying much harder to stick to the PLAN. I think I will be able to. At least half a day eating somewhat decently is better than not doing so at all right, though? THINK POSITIVELY. Looking forward to fun in the city this weekend, and maybe by Monday if I am doing pretty well over the next couple days I will weigh in again. Everything else is splendid and right on target!
