Been many days since I last posted. When my birthday celebration hit, I kind of dropped the ball on all fronts for a while, but now I am back to being diligent again. Off Atkins, since I was having so much trouble with staying regular, but back to calorie counting, so I will be posting in here regularly again. The headaches are really under control now and hardly effect me at all anymore! I awoke with one this morning, but took Aleve and it went away. It is IMPERATIVE I take my meds regularly though. The few times I have forgotten or ran out have messed me up for days after, otherwise, I almost never get headaches anymore! I think my weight has fluctuated again since I have been eating whatever whenever for the past six weeks again, but I think it will be easy to get back to being conscientious about food.

And so it begins! Again!
