Not the best day yesterday as we had a kind of buffet supper at school, pot luck style. I didn't eat too much but I did eat different stuff. Also yesterday was a thundery hot, muggy day, so although I walked, it wasn't with much intensity, I'm afriad.
Still, kept the limbs moving and more or less stayed within RDI.
