Diario de geo99, 12 mar. 10

Not sure what to say, but want to keep in the habit of posting every day. I am trying to keep on track and even with the great results, I start feeling a little down. I see success, but then expect to be thin, feel great, and be done now. We live in a world that expects instant results and after having taken decades to get this out of shape, figure that it can all be reversed in a couple of weeks. I will persevere for the long haul this time and will achieve my goal.

Tell me about it. Yes we do live in a jaded world of instant gratification. I really don't like telling folks outside of FS that I diet and exercise cause the next thing they want to know is so how come your not smaller lol. Just keep on building one day at a time and before you know it you'll start seeing the results you want.

Geo, I agree with the journal thing. I feel like it helps me to track my thoughts. Again I am in your boat with the instant gratification. I want it now! But alas it doesnt work that way...I try to look at it like this, I didn't gain a lb a week for a year (it was a lot longer than that to get to this point) so if I am losing a pound a week it is coming off faster than it got there,still isn't as nice as the thought of a reset button! You can do it and you WILL do it...Keep at it!
