Geo, I agree with the journal thing. I feel like it helps me to track my thoughts. Again I am in your boat with the instant gratification. I want it now! But alas it doesnt work that way...I try to look at it like this, I didn't gain a lb a week for a year (it was a lot longer than that to get to this point) so if I am losing a pound a week it is coming off faster than it got there,still isn't as nice as the thought of a reset button! You can do it and you WILL do it...Keep at it!
