Hi Wildflower - I use psyllium husk capsules from the health food store so I dont know what they taste like. Its easy to just down 4 of them twice a day or so but sometimes I use flax for fiber and when I put ground flax seeds in stuff when it is mixed with the lemonade I can hardly taste them. 

I don't use psyllium husks. I use ground flax seeds, they have a nutty taste and what is left at the bottom of the glass, I scoop up and eat with a spoon :) 

thats probably too much water. Take it from a nurse you can flush out too much of your electrolytes. Stick with 64 ounces
