Did 3 sets of 10 squats, 10 push ups (these hurt my wrists and my arms literally ran out of gas), 10 box jumps (cant jump on the box, did squat jumps instead - pathetic) and 10 sit ups in 7:59
I am stiff and sore today, going back for more!
