gotta find a better way to do the long life cocktail. not good with that texture - drink lots of cranwater today and try to stay on top of that!

here is a suggestion that helps me on some mornings. I take the ground flax seed in my mouth and chew it and then wash it down with the cran water.

You can put the ground flaxseeds in a morning smoothie. OR Pour a quarter cup hot cranwater over the flaxseeds and let them sit for oh, 15 minutes (think: FF hot cereal) and then eat with a spoon. OR put the flaxseeds in your salads, over your veggies, etc. OR (yeah, many folks including DH have a hard time drinking something they'd rather be chewing) make your own flaxcrackers OR switch to Super GI Cleanse or psyllium capsules. LOTS of alternatives!
